The 70 is a 7-row needle configuration of 10 fine needles. This is a great needle configuration for a lip fill in. Do one section at a time. Remember that it takes about 5 times as much tapping on the lip fill as it does on the lip line, eyes, and brows. This is a good choice for small to medium sized lips and also can be used for a saturated thick eyeliner.
